    1. 상품을 수령하신 후 기한 내 반드시 휴일 포함 3일 이내 교환/반품 의사를 접수해주세요.
    기간이 지난 이후에는 교환/반품을 진행해 드리지 않습니다.
    2. 교환/반품 접수 이후, 로젠택배 사이트 내 반품예약을 직접 진행해주세요. 고객님께서 희망하시는 수거일을 지정할 수 있습니다.
    3. 교환비의 경우 원칙적으로 선입금으로 진행되며, 반품의 경우, 해당 금액을 차감 후 환불해드립니다. 교환 및 반품 금액은 절대 동봉하여 보내지 마세요. 분실 시 책임져 드리지 않습니다.
    4. 로젠택배가 아닌 타 택배사 이용시 과금될 수 있으며, 해당 금액은 고객님 부담입니다. 

    반품 불가능 사유

    1. 안내된 교환 및 반품 사항에 위배된 경우
    ㄴ 제품을 수령한 날로부터 3일 이내 (주말, 공휴일 포함) 교환 / 반품 신청을 하지 않은 경우
    ㄴ 교환 / 반품 신청을 완료한 후 7일 이내 (영업일기준) 제품이 반송되지 않은 경우
    ㄴ 접수를 하지 않은 상태에서 임의로 제품만 보낸 경우

    2. 제품의 손상
    ㄴ 제품 수령 후, 사전 안내된 내용(주의사항, 세탁법)을 읽지 않아 제품 변형 혹은 손상이 온 경우
    ㄴ 택 제거 후 뒤늦게 불량을 발견한 경우
    ㄴ 제품을 착용하신 흔적 (향수, 땀, 동물의 털 등) 이 남아있는 경우
    ㄴ 상품성을 떨어뜨리는 상태 (제품보다 작은 박스, 쇼핑백, 구기듯 접어 보내는 행위, 냄새나는 겉포장태, 포장부자재 분실 등)로 반송했을 경우

    3. 사전 고지된 상품의 경우
    ㄴ 주문제작 상품, 프리오더 상품의 경우
    ㄴ 리퍼브 제품으로 제품의 하자가 있음을 고객이 충분히 인지하고 구매한 경우
    ㄴ 이외에 교환 / 반품의 어려움을 고지한 후 고객에게 동의를 구한 경우

    4. 사전 고지된 오차 범위 내의 사이즈 편차로 인한 경우

    5. 제품의 원단, 부자재 및 제작 과정의 자연스러운 특성에 해당할 경우
    ㄴ 데님의 주머니 및 내부에 모래 / 돌 / 보풀이 있는 경우
    ㄴ 데님의 균일하지 않은 워싱, 후가공으로 인한 라벨 이염, 일반 이염, 물빠짐의 경우
    ㄴ 동일한 제품의 컬러별 사양, 생산 차수별 사양이 미세히 다른 경우
