    교환 및 반품 안내
    · 상품 수령 후 48시간 이내에 게시판을 통해 반품 접수를 해주셔야 하며, 접수일 기준 5일 이내에 상품이 도착하여야 처리가 가능합니다. (사전 접수 없이 일방적으로 보낸 상품은 반송 처리되며 이때 발생되는 왕복 배송료는 고객님 부담으로 청구됩니다.)
    · 불량 및 오배송 이외의 변심으로 인한 교환 및 반품은 왕복 배송비 6,000원을 부담해 주셔야 합니다.
    · 결제 금액 환불은 반품 입고 후 영업일 기준 1~2일 내 상태 체크 후 반품 승인 여부가 확정되며, 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내 최초 결제 방법에 따라 환불이 진행됩니다.
    · 교환/반품 시 함께 동봉된 패키지 (보증 카드, 옷걸이, 의류 커버 등) 및 사은품을 함께 동봉해 주셔야 합니다. (동봉되지 않을 경우 추가 비용 청구될 수 있습니다.)

    · 교환/반품 시기를 경과한 경우 (7일 이내 상품이 반품지로 도착하여야 합니다.)
    · 고객님에 의한 상품, 라벨 택 등이 훼손 또는 오염, 멸실 되었을 경우
    · 고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품 가치가 감소한 경우 (상품 사용, 착용, 수선, 세탁 및 향수, 땀, 방향제 등 냄새 배김)
    · 세탁 부주의로 인해 제품이 손상되었을 경우 (세탁 전 반드시 케어 방법을 먼저 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.)
    · 모니터 해상도에 따른 색상, 질감 및 사이즈 오차 등은 제품의 하자로 간주되지 않습니다.
    · 제품 공정 과정 중 발생할 수 있는 실밥 / 초크 자국/ 패턴 불규칙 등은 제품 하자로 간주되지 않습니다.
    · 언더웨어는 제품 특성상 교환 및 반품 불가
