- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

-수령하신 날 부터 7일 이내 해당 상품이 반송지로 도착해야 교환/환불이 가능합니다.

-택배 상자안에 있는 교환/반품 양식과 함께 반품할 상품을 안전하게 재포장 부탁드립니다.

-단순 변심 및 사이즈 오류로 인한 반품시에는 고객님께서 반품비를 부담하셔야합니다.

- 반품, 교환 접수 절차 없이 임의로 상품을 반송하실 경우 처리가 지연될 수 있습니다.
- 직접 택배사에 연락하여 상품을 반품하시는 경우 선불로 반송해 주셔야 합니다.

[교환/반품이 불가한 경우]

- 고객님의 단순 변심으로 인한 교환/반품 요청이 상품을 수령한 날로부터 7일을 경과한 경우
- 상품을 세탁 및 수선한 경우
- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품 등의 가치가 훼손되거나 파손된 경우
- 착용 후 향수 등의 오염이나 심한 구김으로 정상 판매가 불가한 경우
- 시간이 경과되어 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품 등의 가치가 상실된 경우
- 별도로 환불 불가를 명시한 상품의 경우
