In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    상품을 공급 받으신 날로부터 3일이내 혹은 카카오톡 채널을 통해 사전 접수된 상품만이 교환 및 환불이 가능합니다.
    단,포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 상품가치가 상실된 경우에는 교환/반품이 불가능합니다.
    반품/교환 하실 제품은 상품을 받았을 때와 동일한 상태여야 하며, 제품 이상으로 인한 보상을 원하실 경우 택 , 라벨 이 제거되지않아야 합니다.
    반품/교환시 포장상태 불량으로 운송 중 훼손되었을 경우 HOWIE(하우위) 에서 책임지지 않으니 주의하시길 바랍니다.

    교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우
    당사의 제품은주문 후 제작되는 1:1 오더메이드로 주문 제품은 교환 및 환불이 불가하여 고객의 주문 오류 , 단순변심 등은 교환및 환불을 도와드릴 수 없습니다.
    고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손 ,택 제거 된 경우 (단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위하여 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외)
    포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 상품가치가 상실된 경우
    고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
    시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
    복제가 가능한 상품등의 포장을 훼손한 경우
    일부 상품(악세사리류, 교환 및 반품 불가 사전 안내 제품 동의 후 구매 등)에는 특수 반품 조건이 적용될 수 있습니다.

    제품 이상으로 인한 보상을 원하실 경우 택이 제거 되지 않아야 합니다.
