    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    •  핸드메이드 제품 특성상 약간의 컬러나 사이즈, 모양 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.     
        자연스러운 현상이므로 위와 같은 이유로 교환, 환불은 어려우니 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다. 
    •  주문제작 상품의 경우 제작기간이 2주 정도 소요됩니다. 
    •  '하이프롤릭 공식 홈페이지' 및 ‘공식 입점샵’ 에서 온라인 구매한 경우에만 신청 가능합니다. 
    • 제품을 수령하신 날 기준으로 7일 이내에 온라인 스토어를 통해 신청해 주셔야 합니다. 
    • 반품 진행 제품이 제품 수령일 기준 10일 이내에 반품 주소(서울시 당산로 83 포레나 당산 101-415)로 도착하여야 합니다.  
    • 제품수령일 7일 이내에 온라인 접수, 10일 이내에 반품 주소지 도착이 이루어 지지 않은 제품에 대해서는 교환 & 환불 정책이 적용 되지 않습니다. 
    • 수령할 당시와 동일하게 제품 및 동봉 부속품 들에 어떠한 훼손도 이루어 지지 않은 상태에서만 진행 가능합니다.
    • 동봉되어 있는 교환 & 환불 신청서를 작성해 주셔야 하며,이를 작성하지 않을 경우 처리가 지연될 수도 있습니다.
    • 제품의 교환 & 환불 도중 발생하는 파손에 대해서 '하이프롤릭'은 책임 지지 않습니다. 
       파손의 우려가 있는 제품의 경우 이 점 유의하여 재포장 진행해서 반품 접수 해 주셔야 합니다.
    • 단순 변심으로 인한 제품의 교환 & 환불의 경우 (색상 교환, 단순 변심으로 인한 환불 등) 왕복 택배비는 고객 부담입니다.
    • 제품의 교환 & 환불시 착불로 택배를 진행 할 경우 해당 금액 차감 후 교환 & 환불 진행 됩니다. 
    • 오배송, 제품 불량의 경우 교환&환불 신청서에 오배송 및 상품 불량 ( 불량 사유 기입 )에 명시하여 동봉 하실 경우 
       소비자 과실을 제외한 제품 하자에 대한 교환&환불 비용은 '하이프롤릭'에서 부담합니다.
       상기 된 금액 외에 추가 금액 발생 시에는 고객 부담 입니다.
    • 오배송, 제품 불량의 경우 우선 온라인 스토어에서 문의 후 실제 제품 불량인지 확인이 된 경우에만 인정 됩니다.
       온라인 스토어에서 제품 불량에 대한 답변을 우선적으로 받지 않거나, 교환 & 환불 신청서에 불량 사유를 기입하지 않고 
       보내실 경우 이는 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 환불로 처리됩니다.

    • 주문 제작 제품의 교환 & 환불의 경우 온라인 스토어에서 답변을 확인한 오배송, 제품 불량을 제외한 어떠한 경우에도
       불가능 합니다. 
    • 재고가 부족할 시에는 동일 상품 교환이 어려울 수도 있으며, 같은 금액대의 제품으로 교환&환불 가능합니다.
       (이때 제품의 차액이 발생할 시에는 환불 후 재주문 처리 진행 해주셔야 합니다.)
