In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 2. *주문 제작 상품* - 결제시 3시간 이후 취소 불가 및 상품에 대한 하자를 제외한 교환/환불 불가합니다. 
3. 오염, 수선, 택 제거 및 손실, 흡연,향수 등의 사유로 상품 가치 상실 및 판매에 있어 불가 할 경우 교환 및 환불이 불가능합니다. 
4. 모든 교환은 1회 이상 불가합니다.
