- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

사전접수가 이루어지지 않은 채로 보낸 발송 건은 반송 처리 됩니다. 교환은 1회만 가능합니다.
단순변심에 의한 교환 및 반품일 경우 왕복배송비는 고객부담입니다.
불량 및 오배송으로 인한 교환 및 반품일 경우 왕복배송비는 SaH에서 부담합니다.
무료배송으로 인한 배송비 미입금 경우, 교환 시 배송비가 추가됩니다.

교환 반품 시 유의사항
재포장 시 배송받은 상태 그대로 빠짐없이 포장하여 보내주셔야 합니다.
제품 패키지 손상 및 구성품(사은품 및 종이카드) 손상 및 누락의 경우,각 구성품을 개별 책정하여 별도의 추가금이 청구될 수 있습니다

교환 및 반품이 불가한 경우
교환 및 반품이 불가능함을 따로 명시한 경우
교환 및 반품 접수가 상품 수령일로부터 8일 이상 경과한 경우
사용의 흔적(세탁, 오염, 향취 등)이 발견되었을 경우
부주의에 의한 제품 손상 및 파손에 의해 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우
택과 라벨을 제거하거나 멸실하였을 경우
