- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

교환/반품 및 A/S 규정
1. 본 제품의 보증기간은 구매일로부터 1년입니다.
보증기간 이후에 발생한 고장에 대해서는 유상으로 A/S 진행됩니다.
2. 사용 중 제품에 이상이 있다고 판단되실 경우에는 발롱드파리 고객센터(010-9000-4030)로 문의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 최초 구입 시 불량이 발생한 경우는 배송일로부터 10일 이내에 발롱드파리 고객센터로 연락하여 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 소비자 단순 변심 또는 제품의 옵션 선택 실수로 인한 교환 및 반품은 불가합니다.
5. 제조 과정, 배송 및 설치 과정에서 미세한 흠집이 발생할 수 있습니다.
공정 자체에서 컬러감이 다소 차이가 있으므로 스피커 컬러감의 원인으로 교환 및 반품에 해당되지 않습니다.
6. 고객의 과실에 의한 유상 A/S 요청 시 배송비는 고객님이 부담하셔야 합니다.
7. 동일한 불량으로 3회 이상 무상수리가 진행된 경우에는 고객의 요청에 따라 제품 교체가 가능합니다.
8. 반품 및 교환 시, 처음 받으셨던 그대로 포장하셔서 배송 부탁드립니다.
