- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

반품/교환 안내
- 핸드메이드 특성상 불량, 오배송 외에는 교환 반품이 불가능하며 불량, 오배송의 경우 24시간 이내 게시판에 글을 남겨 주셔야 합니다
- 핸드메이드 제품으로 작은 먼지, 미세한 기포 발생, 스크래치, 본드 자국, 형태의 불균형 등 제작 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 부분은 불량이 아님을 알려드립니다
- 패턴이 있거나 스톤, 비즈가 많이 들어가는 제품의 경우 제작 과정상 사진과 상이할 수 있는 부분입니다
- 반지 제품의 경우 1호수 정도 사이즈 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다
사이즈 미스로 인한 교환 및 반품 불가합니다
- 모니터 사양에 따른 색상 차이가 있을 수 있습니다
- 높은 곳에서 떨어트리거나 강한 충격은 형태가 망가질 수 있으니 주의 바랍니다
부주의로 인한 교환 반품은 불가합니다
- 제품마다 상이하나 말랑한 느낌이 있을 수 있으며 제품에는 문제가 없음을 알려드립니다
- 피부가 예민하신 분들은 소재 확인 후 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다
- 코팅된 제품의 경우 사용감에 따라 코팅이 벗겨질 수 있으며 물이나 장시간 땀에 노출되는 강한 햇빛은 피해주셔야 합니다
- 온도가 높은 곳에서는 반지의 형태가 변형될 수 있으니 참고 바랍니다
