- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

교환/환불 불가능 규정
- 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 교환/환불을 요청해야 합니다.
- 수령하신 택배사 로젠택배 (1588-9988)로 착불(신용)로 반품 접수하여 발송 부탁드리겠습니다.
- 회수 접수 시 영업일 기준 2~3일 내에 택배기사님 연락 후 방문하여 회수 진행됩니다.
- 자동수거가 안되실 경우 070-7789-0212 으로 연락주시면 처리 도와드리겠습니다.

- 수령하신 택배사가 아닌 다른 택배사로 발송하시는 경우 배송비 선결제 부탁드립니다.
- 착불요금으로 보내실 경우 기존 배송비 추가 비용이 발생 할 수 있습니다.
- 도서산간 지역의 경우 결제하신 기본 교환/환불 배송비 외에 편도 기준 3천원 추가 비용이 발생됩니다.
- 고객님의 사유로 교환 진행 중인 상품이 품절될 경우, 반품비가 발생될 수 있으며 이를 제외한 결제금액이 환불 처리됩니다.

교환/환불이 불가능한 경우
- 반품 요청 기간(수령 후 7일 이내)이 경과한 경우
- 상품을 사용(또는 착용, 착화) 혹은 훼손하여 재판매가 어려울 정도로 상품가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
- 상품의 택(Tag) 또는 라벨 제거, 분리, 분실, 훼손하거나 세트 구성품을 누락한 경우
